Delivery fees are fixed at $12.00 CAD per order.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Can I exchange a garment?

Yes. We accept size exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How do I request an exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or if the item received is defective.

Are the products designed in Quebec?

Yes. Maison Harmona is an entirely Quebec-based company. Our brand was born here, and our exclusive logo was carefully conceived and created to represent the values of harmony, family, and memories.

Are your clothes manufactured by Maison Harmona?

For now, we select quality garments to which we affix our exclusive Maison Harmona logo. Our goal is to offer comfortable, durable products that reflect our brand identity.
