Return and Exchange Policy

At Maison Harmona, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We invite you to carefully read our policy before placing an order.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Be in its original condition;
Not have been worn, washed, or damaged;
Be free of stains, odors, or any other signs of wear;
Have all original tags, if applicable;
Be returned in its original packaging, when possible.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is no longer available, store credit may be offered, at Maison Harmona's discretion.

No Refunds

All sales are final.

Maison Harmona does not offer refunds, unless required by applicable law. We encourage you to carefully consult our size guide before placing your order.

Ineligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

Sale or clearance items;
Gift cards;
Custom or made-to-order items;
Any item that does not meet the exchange conditions mentioned above.

Defective Items or Order Error

If you receive a defective item or if you received a different product than ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package by writing to maisonharmona@maisonharmonstudio.com.

Please include:

Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Clear photos of the item concerned.

Each request will be analyzed individually to find an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or if the item received is defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
