At Maison Harmona, we do everything possible to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are fixed at $12.00 CAD per order.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your region, periods of high demand, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible following payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you by email so you can track your package's journey.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Maison Harmona cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are their responsibility.
